Deleting feedback posts

So I wrote yesterday a post about how I feel having tado installed and after 30-40 minutes you deleted the whole topic without a word of explanation.
That's not how you treat customers that paid a lot of money for your products.

Since years you are perfectly aware of how inaccurate the SRTs as standalone heating solution are and still you are trying to hide it.

Act like grownups. Negative feedback should give you something to think about how to make your products better.

Anyway - next week im returning the whole solution to Amazon and will give and adequate comment review for both products. Your lack of support and your manner totally killed my enthusiasm and I will not recommend your products to anyone. It's not worth the money.
