Keeps login off the app

Anybody still haves trouble with app signing off (every day in my case), needs to re-claim my phone and going through the geo-fencing questions?
We are 2 persons in the household using the same username and 2 diff. mailadress in 2 seperet phones. My wife has a iPhone and I have Huawei Honor 10.
