New router tado geofencing
Hello, we have a new ISP with a new router. Tado connected fine to it but now it doesn't recognise we are at home when connected to our new WiFi. Any ideas what we do here? Note, we've tested the geofencing when connected to our mobile internet and the old router and it works.

In the Tado app have you removed the old WiFi name from the geofencing settings. It should add the new WiFi name automatically.
