Tado not registering movement in temp
For the last 2 days our thermostat says it’s 19.5 so if we’re heating to 20.5 the heating never goes off because the temp never rises. I’ve changed the batteries we have no TRVs no geofencing etc we just turn the heating on and off as required.

It may just be showing you the temp at the last time it was working.
Check the smart stat is connected.
Try re-pairing the smart stat:

Same issue again, the bridge keeps going off so it’s not paired. Nothing wrong with our internet. What now?0

Try moving the bridge, if that still makes no difference it might be faulty.0

I’ve repaired it as it said inactive it’s paired but the pairing light is still blinking. I’m losing the will! It’s been fine for 2 years.0

The pairing light remains on on the bridge for 12 hours, unless you turn it off, so that isn’t an issue.0
