I bought a brand new wireless and thermostat system from Amazon. Arrived in a sealed package. After installation devices cannot be added to my home as they come up earlier registered to another home.
The only way out tado gives you until they open is to uninstall the lot!!!

    Ask for part-refund / return or replace. Get tado° support involved for sure.

    Tado took days to come back. Desperate I set up a new account, deleted the old and the devices registered without problem.
