Login issues with partner's invite
Hi, my partner has just got a new phone and I've sent her an invitation to join our 'home' using the Tado app, to her email address. I created a tado account for her, but when she attempts to accept the invite she is directed to options specific to setting up a new device. There is an unresponsive button for accepting an email invite. Multiple attempts have led us around in circles. Now the login detail we created are not working, inexplicably. I did a password reset, using a browser as it wasn't working via the app, and that got us back to where we were, but no further. Only now we're getting wrong credentials errors again on login, which is extremely unlikely given the care I took in creating them..twice. Something seems up, I've done all this before without hassle. Is something up with the site?
