I’m trying to factory reset a Wireless Temperature Sensor X following the instructions on the tado website.

I get the FR on the screen as expected but I never get the flashing “Discoverable” icon.

    I'm having the same problem. I need to reconnect the temperature sensor but can't reset it.

    Same problem here. I’ve tried the middle finger and three-singer salute. I get the FR icon and then is just starts up again.

    This failed during connection to my Apple TV as the bridge, I tried adding it to Apple Home directly which worked but the Tado app couldn’t see it. So I removed it from Apple Home and now want to reset and try again but I cannot get it back into Discoverable mode.

    Ah. I think I found a way of resetting it. Do the three-finger press until FR comes up. While that’s on screen, release the three buttons and then hold the middle one until the FR blinks.
