Poor Wi-Fi coverage
I’m looking at getting a tado x thermostat kit, but it looks like the programmer (that connects to the boiler) needs to connect to Wi-Fi, is this right? My concern is the boiler is at the opposite end of the house to my router, with several thick walls in between, and the Wi-Fi coverage is poor to non existent there. The thermostat/ temperature sensor will be in the middle of the house, so that should be fine for Wi-Fi.
is this likely to be a problem before I buy it as a replacement for my old nest thermostat.
