No internet - struggling with hot water control ??

Yesterday morning set, via the app, turn off heating to all rooms. I did not change the hot water heating schedule. Later in the day builders severed our fibre optic internet connection, so we are without internet. My understanding is that Tado settings should have been preserved as last set i.e. no room heating, but HW as per previous schedule. The water is not heating so I have tried to switch it on manually at the wireless smart thermostat. The boiler fires up, but switches off after just a few minutes.

Any help/advice appreciated.
