Hot water contact not working V3
So I have changed from a combi system to a storage system. Hot water has its own pump and so does the central heating. When running CH system all is good but when I want hot water only 😢. Short the contact out on HW and it works perfectly. Changed the LED on the receiver to Blue or Green and still no control of relay 2 ? I can see the HW in the app and it doesn’t respond or via app or test button. The system worked well as combi but at the moment it’s heading for the bin. Anyone else had this issue?

hello, tank is a thrmflow with boiler/stove/ solar inputs. Solar powers immersion coils and works fine as stand alone.
Stove has own mixing valve on back of stove with overheat heat dump rad controlled by over heat thermostat, again works fine. If we want central heating off stove Tado smart radiator valves do their thing and all is good.
Hot water from boiler just doesn’t.t work. Voltage present to relay on receiver but the contact just doesn’t close. After this contact it goes through a separate over heat protection stat and then to the pump.
CH from boiler only again works fine, both pumps run as required and boiler pump shuts down when hot water is at temp.
on the last picture I swapped the CH contacts as I discovered the hot water is CH2 on the receiver.

@Pltpot Looking at the logic diagram and what is happening, this sounds like a problem with the wireless receiver or configuration …
- Is the wireless receiver configuration Blue (gravity), Green (fully pumped), or Yellow (combi)?
- When you press the HW test button can you hear the relay click?
