Confused about wired and wireless and Tado x and V3

I have a Nest system with heatsinks for three zones connected to my Vaillant Ecotec Plus 837. The thermostats are wired in the three zones, which correspond to three floors in my house.
I've asked Tado and they say I can either use three wireless kits or use only wired thermostats and a bridge, removing the heatlinks. If I use the wireless ones, I need to figure out what to do with all the nest wires in the wall, so I was hoping I could connect those to the tado wired thermostat (I know I still need batteries) and have them control the boiler directly. But I've now read a few posts about ebus and opentherm and am confused if that would work with my boiler. It seems like maybe v3 is better for my boiler??
I'm attaching images of my wiring — If anyone is able to guide me, I'd be grateful. Thanks.
