Tado support
is anyone getting no response from tado support? I have found them very quick to respond in the past but logged an issue almost 24 hours ago and can see the person it is logged against is online but getting no response.
my problem is that my system has suddenly stopped switching the pump on when i call for heat. Water works. It also isn’t switching the 3 port valve. I can override if i call for water and manually lock the 3 port valve in place. This happened 6 months ago and was resolved by a reset at their end. I am selling my house so need to get this fixed urgently
