Identifying a particular X Smart Radiator Thermostat

I've an issue with my system calling for heat when it shouldn't. Tado support have asked me to swop two TRVS to see if the issue is the radiator or the TRV.

They've given me the serial number of the TRV where the issues occurs.

What I am trying to do is identify which TRV that is from the ones installed in my room. The support message said use the blink feature which I don't see. I've sent them a screenshot of what I see but no reply so far.

So from the app, I have a TRV with a serial number, how can I get that one TRV to identify itself bar removing it and manually reading the serial number of each one until I randomly stumble across the correct one?

    @kitenski Hello. To find the serial numbers, look at the Tado App settings: Rooms and Devices.

    Thanks, @wateroakley I know the serial number, I am trying to get the TRV that matches that serial number to flash or put something on the display so I move the correct one.

    @kitenski To find the device from the App …

    1. Go to Settings > Rooms & Devices. This screen includes the device type and serial number.
    2. Go to the device and select 'Blink display'. The device should respond 'Hi'. Caveat: 'basic' TRVs can't do this.
