I have several devices (10+) and several of them deadlocked and the Matter Device Linking is not available…

I've opened a ticket almost 6 months ago and the answer is "we are looking into it".

Also to get the devices working was a nightmare I had to reset everything more than 5 times to the answer to "can you reset everything?" is "NO!!!!" get it working.

Now I'm really annoyed, is a bad product and service is even worst… 6 months and no answer…

… so which alternative would you suggest? I need thermostats and valves :)

    Find a better forum for that. It’s just a very few Tado users and fanboys on here.

    hard to be a fanboy of Tado X anymore :( it really does not work

    Although the official Tado integration in Home Assistant does not work with Tado X, there is a user-developed version that does. See the following link:

    Tado integration - Add Support for tado X devices - Feature Requests - Home Assistant Community

    It is more tricky to install than an official integration, and does not seem to work for everyone judging by the comments, though it does for me (I have 23 rad thermostats, 4 temperature sensors, 1 bridge). It doesn't give hot water control, but is vastly superior to using the Matter integration and allows the same room designations as the app.
