Tado X Wireless Temp Sensor No Longer Triggering Boiler

After working perfectly for a week, suddenly this morning the wireless temp sensor is no longer triggering the boiler, Tado app says it's all connected and working, but when I raise the temp, although the app says it's heating, the boiler doesn't fire. If I press the boost button on the wireless receiver the boiler fires no problem.

Tried removing temp sensor from app, factory resetting and re-adding to tado, but no effect. Currently at a loss as only way I can turn on heat now is go upstairs into the attic and press boost on the reciever

    Update, heating schedule set to 21 degrees, current temp is 25 degrees, yet Tado decided to turn the heating on anyway, what is going on here! Really starting to doubt this systems reliability.

    Looks like a few people having similar issues yesterday (myself included). I think Tado had some sort of backend hiccup yesterday. Mines back to normal today.
