Turn off open window notifications when heating is not actually on

Our Tado is installed in a village hall. When the hall is being heated I can live with the 'open window' notifications that occur when people come and go at the end of each letting but when the heating is not actually on (like today Thermostat set to 18 but inside temp is 26) the notifications of 'open window' are rather pointless. Can these be restricted to those times when the boiler is actually firing, or when the temperature is well above the thermostat setting?
