Open window detection false positives with Smart AC

Smart AC quite regularly turns on as planned (either timed or returning home) and then the AC unit immediately turns off again with smart window detection.
This was never more than an annoyance in the past as it was a simple press of the resume button but the new version of the app (which is otherwise excellent) seems to have had the resume button missed off.
Once I got past the incredibly annoying AI support, and spoke to RealPerson™ things didn't improve. I'm now supposed to wait an undefined period of time until it next happens and take a screenshot to show a button that isn't there. Surely they could log this as a call, the developer takes 30 seconds to look at it and says "oh yeah, we forgot the button"
