Changing to tado X and underfloor heating

Hi, I have an existing tado V3 setup which consists of 10 tado radiator stats and 6 tado wireless room stats, I installed it 4 years ago and I must say it’s brilliant, I’m having an extension being built at the moment to two existing room radiators will go and I’m having wet underfloor heating fitted with 4 areas to be added, my questions are as follows.
I am planning to upgrade to the tado X as I believe I can have 12 areas and v3 is full with 10, is this correct?
Do I need an extra zone controller to be fitted with the underfloor controller, I’m planning on using a Heatmiser controller,
How would you wire the into the heatmiser controller can someone give me a sketch of the wiring.
