Hi

I'm on the brink of installing an ASHP, after many years happily using "old" tado with a gas boiler.

I could use a tado heat pump optimiser. (And if I wanted to, it would slightly -and perhaps usefully- constrain my choice of heat pump).

Meanwhile, as I read about ASHPs, I enter a world of fine detail. But there's little corresponding detail on the heat pump optimiser.

So this is a shout-out to anyone at tado HQ (are there still humans there?) and to you all….

Are more details available? Simple screen shots would be a start… And anything else would be welcome…

Here's a starter: please tell me more about the choice of weather compensation options… I gather there are four options. But what do they actually mean?

Hoping to hear from someone… Very grateful for any contributions…
