long time not visiting this forum. I must say I'm a bit concerned with the fact that I see many people complaining about poor support and long turn around times. I don't need any support at the moment, but I'm a bit worried about when I might.
Yep it’s a real issue, I have problems controlling two zones, two weeks with support and still not fixed!
I have had very few problems with the product and set up but my experience with Tado customer support is that it is fast and superb
