According to the website support is available from 9am in the UK... I have been calling since 9am for over 8 minutes, 32 calls and keep getting the out of hours reply, WHAT TIME do you actually open??


Getting really miffed with Tado now.. I just want HEATING!!!

    Hi,

    I apologise, but the 1st of May is a public holiday and therefore there was only limited support. There was an issue with the phone system not switching correctly to the message that would have informed you of this, and given you the option of leaving a message.
