Combi boiler does not turn on after tado

Hello all,
My husband just installed tado and after the combi boiler is not working and what should we do?? Does anyone have a tip?

Thanks for replying but the wire is all connected and nothing seems to be working as it was before installing and the worst is that we have put back on the previous thermostat and now we have no heating and no hot water....and today is freezing.... I thought would be easier but in fact I do need
