Good Morning everyone,


I've just got a new Tado thermostat with the Extension kit. All working till now except for a small inconvenience with the Tado app.

Here is the problem: if I have the app opened on my phone and my wife opens it on her phone, I get logged out or the other way around. We are using different user accounts not the same user to login and both having iPhones.

How can multiple users stay logged, at the same time ?

    Hello Octavian,

    Never heard about this before. Please do double check if you are not logging in with the same account (sorry, but this seems to be the most plausible).

    Set up a seperate tado account for a second boiler, login was fine then I logged out to login to the original, now I can't login again to the second account! Help

    If you simply want to be able to control the same system then the account holder (you) needs to grant access to the other user. Can't quite remember how but it's pretty straightforward you click on the "people" tab under settings and take it from there.
