Radiator values need to turn on boiler!

I have a tado with extension kit and 8 radiator values. It is HUGELY disappointing that they won't turn the boiler on unless the master thermostat is also on.

Please can this be sorted ASAP? Otherwise what's the point!?

    @RJTH Unfortunately you need to contact support and they will change the mode to allow all Tado devices to call for heat.

    @RJTH Just go to tado.com and in the bottom corner is the chat line - yellow circle. Unfortunately they are very busy at the moment.
