Still on app V3 and no option to update to V3+

Hi. I have a smart thermostat and extension kit (both V3) installed in my home, and the app I am using on my iPhone is still V3, and I want to use the V3+ as it looks a bit better (not sure about the £20 price tag though!). From what I’ve seen, this should be an option to upgrade on the menu screen, on the app - but there is nothing.

Does anyone else have this issue?

    I had because apparently the kit I bought on ebay was originally from an O2 deal; however, after a few weeks the update became available

    Yes, for the equipment that have been purchased through any of our partners the option upgrade depends on the partner's decission to offer it and how. Please bear in mind that each one of them may offer different conditions in different dates.
