Is my TVR faulty?

I have been having problem with my other TVR. It seems to not turning off when you want it to. The room is sensing that it is already too warm but when you tuen it off thru the app or manually it won’t turn the radiator off.
I tried swapping the TVR and noticed one has got the pin protruding more than the other. Is this a fault? What should it look like normally?

    sethando, the pin protruding is possibly not a fault as the trv’s set there upper and lower limit after they have been installed. Try installing the trv again making sure you have fully fitted the screw on part then you should here the trv configuring itself to the valve.
