Tado V3+?

Hi,

I think i have the V2 or V3 starter kit (how to tell). I have the latest style of internet bridge. I bought the themostat via my power supplier in the UK (OVO Energy). I keep seeing mentioned i will have the option to upgrade to V3+ - but I don't see that option anywhere for - either on the app or via the website. What am I missing here???

    Each one of our partners' customers would receive the possibility of upgrading to the new version of the app under each one of these partners' conditions.

    Unfortunately, we don't have more information about what are OVO Energy plans at the moment.

  • Hi, I'll contact Ovo. Is there a way for me to disconnect from Ovo so I'm not restricted from getting the latest updates? Seems unnecessary to me
