Hi All,
I have set up the smart thermostat / wireless receiver (hard wired to the boiler) and internet bridge. For some reason I am not able to control the temperature from the smart thermostat nor the app. Is this a simple case of not being wired correctly (I believe it’s all wired as it should be) or has anyone encountered the same problem?

Hi, I have exactly the same issue. Although this morning it looks like it may be working ok- I am testing it to see if the app controls it or not. I've posted a similar question last week and have a few good suggestions:

Essentially, it is most probably a wiring issue, but do go through the post comments and let me know if you find a solution.
