Strange indications of temperature measurement

Hello All,

Why does the system show me that the room is heated even though the desired temperature has been reached? The room is not heated and yet the system shows that the heating is working. Sometimes it happens that the room is heated even though the temperature is reached as indicated. This causes the rooms to overheat.
