Extension Kit Setup

Hi, I’ve already installed a working Smart Thermostat and Bridge but wanted to add an Extension kit to control my hot water. I’ve partially installed the Kit and it is paired but the installation will not complete. It stated that Tado needed more info. I’ve already sent the info but the response said there was an update (there wasn’t). What do I need to do to complete the install?

If you got a response from the installation team, but you can't figure it out. Please contact them again.
Have you already tried to log in again (with a browser not with the app) and continue the installation? (The installation team might have made the further installation instructions available)
