Setup question

Hi!
I'm in a bit of dilemma.
We have Viessmann 222-W B2LB + Vitotronic 200 HO2B and Vitotrol 200 setup in our house.
But we also have external sensor for temperature mounted on the outside of house and i'm unsure which setup option should I pick?
If I pick boiler with external option i also have to buy extension unit, if i don't, and only select internal thermostat then I'm fine - but what's the point of external sensor then?
So, any advice which way to go?

Hello John,
You can choose the setup for the main thermostat. In some cases only an external sensor is used (and no thermostat), which could mean: no possible cables to the thermosat, and that's why you would need an Extension Kit.
