Connections all used to work, just updated Tado app now no connection to my system😡

Not happy, everything worked fine until I updated thr Tado app, now I cannot connect to my system

    Hi @Jubka08 and @markabraham2, can I ask what error or messages you're seeing in the app?

    Can you access your system via the web interface at my.tado.com?

    My app says nothing connected. Replaced all new batteries. It is connected to the Internet. Tried to repairing but app says all offline.
