Tado app crashing when adding device

Hi I’m hoping someone can help me fix the issue I’m having with my tado app crashing when adding smart AC controller. I’ve tried removing the app from my phone and on a second phone but the app still crashes. This also happens on multiple smart AC controllers.

If it’s firmware related, how do I update the firmware kn the smart ac controller without it being connected to the app?

    Same here. Also the Smart AC controller I am trying to add is showing error code 9600
