Can't finish setup Tado AC

Just bought a new Tado AC ,connection to network seems ok but when i am going to choose AC heater brand i am just getting can't connect to server check your internet connection. Connection is fine.

Damaged Tado?

    Hello,

    I had the same issue.

    It seems related to a problem with the App.

    Uninstall your apps and re-download it.

    It should work.

    I have tried it, installed onto samsung s7edge,s10+,tab 8active, tab4 10" same problem on all of them.
    Sendt Tado box back to supplier
