I have just given birth not even 48 hours ago and my heating is not working and I can’t get hold of anyone help please it says on my app that it’s on but it’s not radiators are freezing

Hi Abby, you would need to check your boiler to ensure that is working. I had the same issue and found my boiler wasn't working. Luckily it just needed a reset.
