I have just given birth not even 48 hours ago and my heating is not working and I can’t get hold of anyone help please it says on my app that it’s on but it’s not radiators are freezing

    Hi Abby,

    I know about this case. It seems like your got a gravity fed system and the Extension Kit was not configured to GravityRelay, but normal Relay instead. We changed the configuration for a gravity fed system yesterday. If it is still not working, please contact the installer who installed it (recently).
