How to create/denote a second heating circuit?

I have two heating circuits in my home - each controlled by a legacy thermostat.
I have replaced one of the thermostats but was directed to Tado support when attempting to add the second thermostat on the other circuit. I have yet to receive a reply to ticket 1034224
Can I do this myself? How do I create a second circuit in the app and add a Thermostat to it?

Our Installation team needs to do this for you, will provide you with the instructions and apply the correct configuration. Please wait until the request you've sent last Sunday afternoon is answered by them.

How long does it take for the installation team to typically reply. Very excited by Tado and keen to start using it!0 -
The aim is to reply in 2 working days, but when it is really busy (winter is coming) it could take longer unfortunately.
