Automatic turn off

My heAting has recently stopped turning off when I leave my house how can I change it back

    This may sound silly....but have you checked your Geofencing settings. Also how many people/devices (phones etc) are attached to the App.....if someone's phone is still at home then your Geofencing feature will not be active when your house is "empty"
    Just a thought
