What kit is required for multizone heating and hotwater?

Hi all

As per the question, I have multizone heating, upstairs and downstairs, current system comprises the following:

Ideal Logic S24 boiler

Honeywell ST9100c controller for the hotwater

Honeywell CM707 controller / thermostats for the two heating zones

Do i purchase:

a starter kit with smart therm and extension box

an additional thermostat for upstairs

TRVs for each rad

OR

a starter kit with smart therm and extension box

an additional extension box for one of the two zones

TRVs for each Rad

Would welcome any feedback ASAP please as I am hovering on the buy button for the Amazon sale :)
