Heating only turning on at night

My tado only works at 10pm at night. The boiler is constantly on too. Any ideas?

I have similar problem and we have tried few things still doesn’t work. During the day it is set for 22 but it is below and it is not working, while after 21:00 , when it is set to 18 it start heating like mad ??? Any ideas0

What timing have you set in the app? Better to explain what you have done and provide screenshots so we can try to help. Just saying it doesn’t work makes helping difficult which is probably why you have had no answers

One question though, does your boiler or system have a separate timer? If it does it needs to be set to be on constantly.
