Cant set up ac controller

Just got my first Tado product, smart ac controller v3+. Trying to get it set up, but Tado app is stuck at Home screen. Circle only rotating and nothin happens.
Also if I try to add device from settings-> rooms & devices, I can connect controller to server, but app hangs on plain white screen when trying to configure ac-settings.
Android12, Tado app 6.48.0.
How to solve this?

Actually I figured this out. It's all because of buggy Tado app (6.48.0). Older version works well (6.30.0). Not very convincing at all.0
