New Tado Wired Smart Thermostat - Worcester boiler won't turn off

I purchased the Wired Smart Thermostat Starter Kit. I have removed the existing WR1 wireless receiver, and connected the black and grey wires to the thermostat - COM and NO. It is a worcester greenstar 30si combi boiler.

When I adjust the temperature on the app, I can see that this adjusts on the thermostat. However, the boiler is just turned on constantly. It isn't turning on/off with the thermostat.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Your wiring looks correct. Can you hear the relay inside the thermostat clicking on/off when you adjust the temp in the app?

    @GrilledCheese2 since posting the above - I had left a message on the live chat for tado. It took them about 30hrs to respond, but they responded to say they had reconfigured the device remotely and it should now work. I came home to find it was working correctly! So no idea what they did, but top marks for customer service!
