Boiler won’t switch on for central heating

Set my system up to use with a greenstar cdi 30. Hot water comes on with the timer but the heating won’t come on. Any suggestions?

    Did you get customised instructions from Tado support? Do you have a combi or system (with hot water tank) boiler?
