Can my Tado radiator valves be set at a higher temp than my thermostat.

I have two zones for the central heating upstairs and down. Can I set my Tado radiator valves to a higher temp than the smart thermostat. The reason is we have our grandsons staying and I want to ensure the temp is warmer for them than on the main smart thermostat. Or do the smart radiator valves have to be a lower temperature. Thanks in advance I am new to Tado

Yes you can. And if it not working like that (independently of each other) you need to email them and they will set it up like that.
You need something connected to your boiler to fire it if any Tado rad valves call for heat (either the extension kit or smart thermostat hard wire to boiler) If you have hot water to turn ON/OFF you have to get the extension kit.
