measurement thermostat valve way off

HI all

I have an issue with my measurement thermostat valve.

It seems that the reading of the temperature is always way off.

Yesterday I had to adjust to - 9 in the offset setting and it was still too high.

Do you have the same problem? it basically make the thermostat uselss.

    Thanks for your answer, after having read the comments in the forum I deducted that I have the worst situation, vertical TRV on top of the radiator.

    Basically either I send the tado back to the store or I need to change the pipe valve.

    No really smart from Tado to have created this issue to their clients.
