Thermostatic valves at the radiator outlet

Hello Friends,

I've been a lucky TADO owner for a year. Except for a little trouble, it works fine. I've been renting a flat where I've lived for 3 years and I'm struggling with strange problems here and trying to improve it somehow. Every now and then I discover new, terrible mistakes made by the owner. And this is the lack of thermal insulation for walls or floors, and this is the lack of insulation for central heating pipes behind plasterboard walls, burning and cheap Chinese lighting transformers and much more. THis house is from the end of the 18th century and unfortunately we love it with my girlfriend as our own. My new discovery and I have no idea how I could have missed it..... is.....inversely placed thermostatic valves on the radiators and thus my smart radiator heads TADO. As long as I live, I was taught that the valves are always at the inlet (the exception is underfloor heating). Usually the inlet is on the right side. In my case, hot water first flows down the radiator and then goes to the smart radiator valve TADO. This is on 4 of my five radiators. After I found out from the building's owner that the floor panels do not require a undelayer (flat is the ground floor with very poor insulation), I do not want to discuss any technical problems with him. A question to TADO specialists:

Does this configuration reduce the efficiency of my system? Is there any way to remedy it? I have no possibility to translate these pipes to the right side, unless by translating the outlets on the boiler, but I won't rather do it.

I'm asking for feedback.

    Hello

    Modern TRVs are bi-directional and yours must be or else they would not work in their current position. The only disadvantage of having TRVs in the outlet is that it can make bleeding air from the rad a bit harder if you had to under the lockshield valve first.

    It might also make a small difference in temperature being read by the Tado TRV but you will set the level of heat accordingly.

    @samd Thank you so much for your help. I don't have any problems with airing, so in practice it works. So I stop wondering what to do with it. Thank you very much again.

    However, in my case this problem with TRV "behind the radiator" demolished the idea of heating the rooms separately because, for example, while heating a small bedroom I simultaneously heat the radiator in the same line, on the same wall in the living room.I won't do anything about it anymore.
