Devices won’t show up on HomeKit

Hello all,

i have two smart radiators that are connected to my bridge. I can see all the devices and configure them using the tado app. Everything looks fine except that they won’t show on my iPhone or iPad home app. I’m trying to add the bridge on my home app but it keeps searching forever and will never find it.

any idea?
