Tado functionalities without paid subscription?

Hi everyone,

I am thinking of buying a Tado for our home and I need some help. With this system, I want to be able to 1) regulate the temperature per room, 2) define a heating schedule per room, and 3) control the heater remotely from my smartphone, also when I'm not home.

Are those 3 functionalities working without the Tado paid subscription?

I want to make sure that the system fulfills those requirements without having to pay extra each month.

    So the subscription is only for the Geofencing function linked to our smartphone, or is there any other function linked to it?

    Geofencing, en enkele andere 'assists', zoals bij open raam detectie automatisch verwarming tijdelijk uitschakelen en Care&Protect. Allemaal niet zo nuttig, al wil tado je wat anders doen geloven.
