Why is the tado changing settings on its own

Twice now I’ve noticed the tado has been switched to manual but neither my husband or I have initiated the change. Why is it doing this

    @mt465 When you say switched to manual do you mean heating off turned on and vice versa?

    It switches the heating on and keeps it on. I became aware of the boiler firing up last night when the heating should have been off and it was on manual control. My husband checked the app this morning and it had been changed to manual control yesterday morning at 7.30. Neither of us did this. That’s the 2nd time it’s done it.

    @mt465 From what you say it looks as though you have a faulty part. Can only suggest that you go on the chat line at tado.com and explain the situation.
