i have installed 9 smart TRV successfully. To complete my house I need to install 3 more making nine in all. When I reach the point where I am asked to assign a room name I am not allowed to. I have sent a message to tado support which they acknowledge but then do not respond. Any ideas?

    Thank you. If ten is the limit that’s not enough for a normal 3 bedroom house! I will hope tado replies but how long does one have to wait.

    If you need to install rooms greater than ten you will need to re-think in terms of zones (Fictitious new combined rooms). Do you have any rooms which could be controlled together i.e. similar requirements for the smart schedule? If so then go back to one of those rooms currently working and allocate the new tado TRV to that room even though you have physically connected it in another room. You might then want to change the name of the Room/Zone.
